Tbf though pitting him when there is a car in the wall and there is like 5 laps left in this weather was kind of stupid.

The red flag was the right decision. All the cars were aquaplaning at the same place, even after the red flag was thrown & drivers were not at vsc/racing speed. You could end up with a pileup at the end of the straight

It was red flagged because of Zhou was in the barrier. You need to clear the car and barrier

I think they should restart. For the show.
7 laps left and the fans want to see to some racing. The rain seems steady. Put all cars on wet tyres and let them race.

No, nothing is ever Perez's fault.
He also crashed into pitlane wall immediately after as shown on replay. Lucky to be in the race at all
