Aston Martin AMR23

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

A number of posts around structural flex, materials & techniques have been moved to the TD018 thread, it seems most suited to that discussion.
For the life of me I cannot find this thread... can you point me in the right direction? Sorry!

Tom McCullough said few parts are arriving as late as Friday morning; FP1 will give a better understanding abt FW revision.

It appears that the cooling slot below the sharkfin is back, but with what seems to be the Zandvoort specification instead of the double barrel last seen in Monza .

Canada sharkfin and cooling slot are back, now combined with the Zandvoort spec. Technically each part by itself isn't new so maybe that's why the changes in the FIA document are so small + not mandatory to declare those due to new technical directive.

Very hard to compare it from this perspective with the previous version. The brackets on the main plane changed, there are only 2 (instead of 3) and they are located nearer to the outside.
