It seems my assumptions were correct. With the change to make Front and Rear wings Harder to flap, Red Bull lost it's drag advantage and the car lost it's balance. Perhaps they had something down there that played in the loopholes.

I feel we should of done what Ferrari did.. send the car out on a used soft for first run...

Still that 2-3 tenths chunk in the middle sector lost
I can see where you're coming from but I can also see why they didn't want to risk it. If we had a poor lap on used tires we could've easily been out there due to Perez' yellow flags
I eat my words

Too early to tell, you’re just making assumptions on little evidence. Who is to say that Red Bull went the wrong way with the car set up? Didn’t they also admit that this would be challenging for them?

Indeed it's too early to tell but it looked like Red Bull lost like 1 second. That shouldn't happen overnight unless there is something on those rules that made the Red Bulls lose that advantage they had.

I don’t think Singapore is representative of any time lost by Red Bull due to the TD… If I’m not wrong, they called Singapore the track they were worried about for a long time… Simply one where they struggled more than usual.

He didn't have a perfect lap. He might have lost a tenth or two on the first part when he lost the rear. But I'll take that 4th.

Lap was pretty decent no mistakes, just the same 2 tenths in middle sector... I honestly believe the race pace is better than quali. so lets see what can be done with strategy tomorrow.

4th is good, was looking like a solid top 3 for a while, but it's a good P4 nonetheless.

At the start he lost the rear after the first turn. I think that might have costed him a tenth or two. Still the car should be able on a GP that favors it more to get a pole position and a victory.

Lando's lap looked very scruffy. He's not happy with starting P4 on the dirty side

Everyone was pondering who would lose time. And most thought this was targeting RB the moment it was announced.

It would seem they have lost time here and this may well mark a big turnaround in team order, but it is one race and we know they have experienced problems with gear shifts for instance. We see at Japan, if they are not in the front 4 you can say that they have been nerfed.
