The Mercs won't get Sainz, not enough laps left.

Might've been worth still at least pitting Charles for Used Softs... lowest he would've finished would most likely still be 5th.
He would probably burned them off. Here he can at least try to hold of Russell for Sainz

Looks like Lec is now missing those 2-4 tenths to sainz, gap at 6s now. Was he instructed to slow down mercs?

Lawson looks like a natural.
Should get a drive, but yuki is good and so is riciardo.

There is more than enough laps for Russell to catch Sainz, and they've got more than enough pace to pass Leclerc and Norris.

Unless Charles and hold them off for a lap or so... it is almost a guaranteed Mercedes win.

Concerning enough is that Sainz isn't dropping Norris... unless he is trying to keep him within DRS range to make it harder for the Mercedes to get past?

Doubt it though... I think that is the maximum pace Sainz has.

How? For not pitting sainz for used soft vs merc fresh meds?

He is, but he won’t beat him

Sainz should hang on

I wish I could share your optimism... maybe Norris could keep them back a bit longer, but it won't take long after that.
