Oh man and after Suzuka there's Qatar? Another (on paper) amazing track for this package. I think we might be spoiled for these last couple of gps hahaha

Sainz was the driver of the day. He knew that in order for him to win he would have to give lando the drs.. Otherwise merc would have 1 - 2..

Great result for us

If this race was our "Austria", it was a good one. Hopefully the team unlocks more potential in Japan and Qatar.

Piastri shows that the car had plenty of pace. To P7 from P17.

What a race from both Lando and Oscar.
Sainz the new Professor? He is the best strategist Ferrari has got and it helped us a lot today to secure the podium place.

Wow. I am still catching my breathe from this one. Awesome race.

Piastri drove a quiet race but very good result in P7. Sainz played an excellent strategy helping both him and Norris though I believe it wouldn't be easy to pass Norris as his defence was brilliant.

Sainz always shows his knowledge, he tells his team what to do, Leclerc just goes along.

Fantastic race from both drivers. Oscar had a great start and did everything well. Lando again proving his underrated defense prowess. Very happy it all worked out well for the team, I actually thought the strategy not to pit was smart.
It will be interesting to see if the upgrades have any impact in high speed circuits.
Also I'm still not sure how many of the upgrades Oscar had to make comparison to the Silverstone spec.

Leclerc finished 21 seconds behind, unless he had a problem it shows how much better Sainz's tires were by staying in free air.

Fabulous! The team scored good points. There is a racing pace, tire wear is controlled. Combat race. I was very pleased considering the starting positions. Bravo, McLaren!

Highlights how well Lando drove, he was in behind a car for the entire stint too, yet somehow managed to hold on to them enough to defend against Russell. Sublime tyre management!

Indeed. That might mean that the upgrade has made the car gentler in the tyres.
