How do you think a penalty in the closing stages of the race, when there is no more pitstops to take, get their penalty applied?
Same happened for Lewis in Monza, and George from memory.
There is literally no other time to add a penalty on in that scenario.
Tsunoda was lap 1... He would be more dead last than he was. But they give him the penalty for the incident that has no impact on his race.
Tsunoda basically just a device to help steer an understeery car. This was similar to Hamilton in Spa, Ham was at fault there and Per was here. But RedBull really needs to do 4-5 penalties to get 1.
