Alonso said Tuesday test for 2024. Where we can to watch it?

F1TV doesn't have it on the schedule...

Really nice tweet with the data on how the AMR23, the team and the drivers performed this year, very interesting. Worth a look.

Thanks, that's great. It would also be interesting if the data was separated by season halves, as teams like Aston and McLaren made big jumps in between.

4th car overall just ahead of McLaren, but marginally beating all of them except Lewis and especially the two Ferraris in the driver's championship shouldn't be underestimated. I'd say this season could be at least in Alonso's top 6 of his career. Imo 2012, 2014, 2006 are ahead for sure but it could be a step below those, on a level comparable to 2011 or 2013 which are similar seasons with RB and their first driver dominating well in the lead. If Aston hadn't suffered the pace dropoff in the second half of the season Alo would've been ahead of Lewis as well as fighting with Pérez (Webber) until the last race.

In any case, after McHonda this is a great gift so let's hope for more.

While this is all accurate, its also completely misleading. It makes it seem like AM and Mclaren are close to each other. Reality is that AM is more than 1 second off RB now. The average flatters them a bit because of the early season performance which they dont have now. Conversely, Mclaren is actually the second fastest car probably about 3 tenths off RB on average. Weak in tight turns but much closer than that to RB elsewhere.

I think he talking about the front wing ,they had to remove and made them slower in the corners.

He said that they had to use smaller wings to be competitive on the straights, which hurted them in the corners. Krack said that already in Baku - so nothing new.

The small working window seems to be a big problem.

But a good talking material for the long winter period and conspiracy theories:

They are using the Bahrain-FW today with STR and ALO. Didn't see the low downforce FW modell (Saudi spec) however so far. DRU is using the latest designs.

DRU used the RW from the Abu Dhabi race, STR/ALO the one with the smaller flap.

Also different engine covers.

Go to motorsportimages.com

They are using the pre-Canada engine cover on STR/ALO car. Back to the roots car? :P

It's gonna be really hot during the day, so they need lots of cooling. During after twilight, they need less so they go with the better aero engine cover.

Clearly the Bahrain-spec car was tested. You can see it on this video, everything from the front wing, sidepods, engine cover, etc is Bahrain spec.
