what on Earth is happening here ? this Silly season had all the ingredients to be dull, boring.,.,. Instead we have one of the greatest silly season ever.

Horner (50) is said to have been guilty of unacceptable behavior, in particular towards one particular Red Bull Racing team member. The great sports boss of the energy drink group, Oliver Mintzlaff, knows the accusations and takes the case high. A spokesman for Red Bull told De Telegraaf: “After the company has been informed of certain recent allegations, an independent investigation has been launched. This process, which is already underway, is carried out by an external, specialized lawyer. The company takes these matters very seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practicable. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.” Horner has been asked about the allegations and the ongoing investigation. He responds: “I completely deny these claims.”

Yes my guess is there weren't enough changes between 2022 and 2023 to warrant a name change (if there were any made apart from software).. whereas now there are some changes which I feel have been alluded to in comments a few times

If it is Horner should sue. But this will lead to big consequences for Red Bull.
