So on RB's page they have all their cars with details and explanations about what changes were made etc. Just saw this gem on the 2020 car, looking at Ferrari.

Fuel, what it is and where it is in the car were, ‘ahem’, burning questions in 2019 and for 2020 the regulations around the issue have been tightened. Just 250ml of fuel is now allowed to flow around the car outside the fuel cell. That’s down from 2 litres in 2019. The change has been made to deter teams from keeping large amounts of fuel outside the tank.
