Looking at the comparison with the SF 23 it seems the car is massively improved on all corners minus the quick change of directions at the start of the second sector where it's pretty much equal.

No, because the disparity between Sainz and Leclerc is nowhere close to Verstappen/Perez. Let’s not start this now.

Very positive day. Ferrari was once again attacked by a manhole, but ultimately seems like they won this fight.
Car looked great every time they showed it aside from quite a bit less compliance on bumps than redbull or even mercedes as far as I could see.
That race sim is absolutely impressive from any point of view.

Very positive first couple of days testing. Still think RB will be ahead and can’t see many race wins if we’re realistic.

However hopefully going to be right amongst the best of the rest.

Race sim and tyre wear has been notoriously poor for seasons now, so it’s refreshing that it looks really consistent. Opens up more strategies and makes the drivers feel far less vulnerable.

I think if the car is close to Red Bull, I will be extremely happy. They showed last year that they can develop in season, Something that has been lacking the last few years. I know it’s only two days of testing so I’m trying not to get ahead of myself, but I feel we are moving in the right direction.

Sainz very cautious with the brakes. Leclerc was quite aggressive in his lap on the other hand, quite interesting.

But that was to be expected no? They had a huge performance cushion last season so they could afford to start the 2024 car early, and all the teams had said weeks and months ago Red Bull would be far ahead again
