I am worried that for more than 3 hours Lando is in the pit. No sign of MCL38 on track. Only 20 laps until now.

McLaren appears to have completed the changes required to ready the car for Piastri after Norris was in action this morning. The Australian is being strapped in.
Norris was fifth-fastest in his final outing.
2PM: A very steady opening lap for Piastri, and he looks quite steady, slowly winding up the pace ahead of a busy four hours of action. 10 laps for MCL38 with Oscar.
After reliability issues limited Norris to only 20 laps this morning, these early laps will be renewing confidence in the McLaren garage.
2:15PM: Onto lap 15 for Piastri. McLaren really are making up for lost time after suffering the clutch problem this morning.
So what are we betting on the gap behind Max when he does a flying lap later on? Over a second to the next car?
I doubt they'll show their hand but it wouldn't surprise me.
They were so quick right out of the blocks, other teams have had to build up balance and speed. More to come from all teams but just how much is anyone's guess

No, they will hide everything as much as possible from now on, they probably regretted the first day antics already.
Or they don't see a reason to do it. I don't think they care much about hiding, because the other teams already suspect they're fast, and they've seen the car. But i do believe they are interested in gathering some more data - specifically, they might want Verstappen to do some race sims, since he really didn't do that on day 1.
