The main plane ends with the scoop above the curvature of the wing, so more load on the main plane, and the DRS flap is also more vertical than that of RBR. Hard to judge exactly anyway but RBR would be bigger (or same) only with some alignment issues on the picture.
I was looking at the surface of the main plane that meets the DRS actuator 'swan neck' -> the Redbull one seems to have the higher AoA than Ferrari one.
And the size of Redbull's DRS flap is bigger than that of Ferrari (more DRS delta)
Hard to judge by the DRS swan neck because the ferrari neck is less than half the size of the RBR one and there are no reflections or light to allow understand how steep the curvature becomes for Ferrari. From the front view the Ferrari one looks equivalent, and the first half of the neck for RBR also looks pretty flat.
The difference between those 2 seem minimal to me anyway, the DRS flap in particular seem to have more angle on Ferrari, and yeah seems like RBR has a bigger DRS flap, but size of DRS flap not going to impact DF more than its angle.
