I suppose we can think that the Red Bull is more developed than the others, with the head start they had, starting early last year. So on that basis, they might have less upgrade potential. But the advantage is so huge, can anyone catch up? I mean look at Checo in it. It's a car that makes a lower-midfield driver better than the best.
And the thing with Adrian is, he needs all the other engineers to go extreme with him doesn't he. This is why they want to keep Horner imo, because he makes that all work. Adrian asks for a narrower gearbox, thinner radiator walls, everything, that normally are impossible, and the individual departments have to get on with it and deliver. And that's something that other teams can't just decide to do.
