the honda of 2019 was a very good pu better than merc at high altitude equal to them at normal altitude. The technical directive of 2020 set Honda and ferrari back but for difference reasons but they recovered and Honda fought for champion in 2021 but with some floor changes. if red bull could win with any engine they would never have left renault
Not really...

2019 Honda was not a better PU and 2020 with the technical directive no upgrades they had no chance to upgrade to the levels of Mercedes & Ferrari. Only reason they were better in high attitude was because of the different turbo.

The 2021 total new Honda engine that was a diamond is probably the best in the field.
If the Renault wasn't such a dog of an engine RB would easily won more championships.
Honda had a nifty trick called extra Harvesting that they were doing with their ers that meant they could harvest a lot of electrical energy .that was banned for 2020 when they stated to be really competitive its something that they have been working on for a while.thats the problem with f1 ones competition feel the heat they lobby for something. to be changed and the power of tech directives is unleashed, it happend to ferrari with changes to floor in 2022.redbull are not quarateed to always buid the best car ,they would not have won 2021 if floorwas not cut since it hurt merc.
2021 was supposed to be with the current gen cars so Red Bull would have most likely won anyway

Horner have been team principal for far too long and had success it's time they promote to head all of redbull motorsport that will solve most of redbull problems whatever they may be.

That is not the case. The Austrian office would be happy to have Horner as the head of the team as long as he grovels to them and treats them like Gods.

So you're okay with Horner only talking to Yoovidhya about wanting to buy the RBR team, behind the backs of Mateschitz junior and Mintzlaff? Thats the reason they want him to leave. Horner is a power-hungry man.

What's wrong with that ? Horner can obviously sense that Mintzlaff is going to turn into a Elkann and it will ruin the teams success. It is Mintzlaff who's the power hungry man.

I hope Horner wins this civil war.

The reason he is power hungary is he is not getting the promotion and recognition that is long overdue he should have moved up the chain of redbull group, insisting that he should still grovel is an insult the man has brought a lot of success

That is something the owner of RB will decide. Its private company after all. If I am in their shoe, I will keep AN and CH for as long as they are capable of annoying their rivals and win championship.

CHRISTIAN Horner's accuser says she 'feels let down' by the Red Bull team after the F1 chief was cleared by an independent investigation.

The woman at the centre of the sexting storm who was suspended by the Milton Keynes-based company last week is said to be left disappointed by how Red Bull has dealt with the scandal.

The F1 chief was cleared of accusations of controlling behaviour but the following day a dossier of text messages allegedly between Horner and the female staffer was leaked.

The woman was suspended from Red Bull Racing HQ amid claims her "honesty was called into question."

A friend of the staffer, told MailOnline: "She is so disappointed with how it's all gone, especially as she did everything by the book.

"She raised her concerns in private and did everything right, but she feels very let down by the company.

"They have suspended her when she followed the proper process diligently and correctly.

"But for all that, she was suspended from the job she loves and from a sport that she is highly regarded in.

"The lack of support is noted and she's just so disappointed with the treatment from her employer.

"Look at what happened. She complained there was a supposedly transparent, independent investigation, Horner was cleared, and she was then suspended."

The staffer's friend continued by casting doubt on Red Bull's investigation adding: "Questions need to be asked of the Red Bull investigation, transparency would bring confidence in what is happening to her.

"Who at Red Bull was tasked with establishing the facts? Who at Red Bull had access to all the confidential material that was used?

"Who at Red Bull is making all these decisions and who at Red Bull is making efforts to establish the source of these leaks?

"She just can't get over the fact that she made a complaint and was suspended – all she wants is transparency in the process."

They added that the staffer has had lots of supporting messages from friends and family and even though she has been inundated with offers to share her side of the story, she has chosen to remain silent for the time being.

The comment comes amid claims the employee is reportedly preparing to appeal.

An F1 source told the outlet the way the sext storm has been handled will "discourage other women, who may have had similar issues in F1 from coming forward."

They told the outlet: "She didn't seek any of this and now she has been suspend and the message is quite clear, it implies to women stay quiet and don't speak out or you will lose your job."

It comes after former F1 driver Christijan Albers has warned a "lot more will surface" as he noted the Red Bull chief has a "terrifying amount of power."

Speaking to the Dutch outlet De Telegraaf he said it was "terrifying" Horner holds so much power despite the bombshell allegations against him.

He said: "Because by the way it's all being picked up and it's just being waved away, then you make someone on the other side extra angry. I think a lot more will surface.

"Then, still, [Horner has] this drive and envy to still be able to get that number one position and just chop everyone's head off."

Meanwhile, Max Verstappen's dad Jos has backed the woman and has called for £8million-a-year Horner to be axed, accusing him of ripping the team apart.

Horner and his wife Geri put on a united front over the weekend in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia where they watched Max Verstappen claim another victory.

Speaking at the press conference the F1 chief said he was keen to “draw a line” under the scandal and that it was time to "focus on what is going on on track."

Despite seemingly standing by her man throughout the drama, Geri is said to be "in turmoil" over the sexting storm.

The entire article offers nothing other than saying CH is powerful and she is disappointed.

CH is powerful in the sense he is the CEO and TP. Correct!
She is disappointed because she is suspended. Correct too.

Or it could be that the messages are true and she things the investigation has been a white wash that was ever going to clear Horner someone with money and influence; which is why laws around these things exist.

That said it is from a friend not her directly so you wonder a little how much she really knows.

I'm still leaning towards the messages being read and Horner should be gone. But, i'm equally very skeptical of so many elements on this i'm not overly convinced one way or the other .

Probably because she can't, particularly when this is under process she hasn't been sacked yet, that I'm aware. If she revealed any confidential information that could cost her friend a job etc. I don't think a friend would say anything that could jeopardize her friend should she remain at RB (with or without Horner)

It could also be a calculated leak from the Austian side of RB to pressure on Horner too.

The whole thing is a mess. Too many atm with things to hide to know for certain what happened

I guess someone promised her the TP role.
