CL complained on understeering and according to Werner Ferrari puted to many clicks on front wing flaps i.e. to much aero load so he lost the balance, they did not find appropriate front aero load on CL car.

I think LEC requested the "5 clicks"

Maybe, I do not know, however they probably missed on that and the car lost its balance.

He improved the first 2 sectors with these plus 5.
But then lost control in that fast right hander in the final sector.

Plenty of time to fix it back for the race since front wing clicks are one of the accepted changes in parc ferme

There's a reason Leclerc did that +5 on the front wing

Of course, he doesn't need to rollback if he likes it. They can run some laps from pit to pit in the hour before the formation where they can test a few things.

Sainz is doing a great job here. His first stint was in another league!! Great call by Ferrari to pit leclerc early to get him into clean air too!! Charles having to manage some graining now, sensible to drop back a bit for now, anticipating a push from Perez late on

Sainz is Verstappening this race, meanwhile Charles are giving McLaren a chance. There both quicker than him at the moment… really must’ve made a wrong turn somewhere on Saturday.

Unless he is really conserving the tyres to extend the stint, but I doubt it…

Talk about a tight pit stop! Good effort to get Charles out just in front of Perez/Alonso. Hoping there isn’t any safety cars or VSC’s… otherwise risk of loosing P2 or P3.

I saw on Autosport live that he has been told to keep positions.

Anyway, for Leclerc standards this was disappointing race weekend. Botching qualy cost him dearly.

Great job by Sainz, ok job by Charles, but whatever happened to his setup after Friday needs a review.
