Theres always things you can take from a car that is performing worse than yours, people took ideas from williams and RB took ideas from the W14, might be a little bit different with floors but for sure for the mid field and back markers this is valuable

There really needs to be a fundamental change in every aspect of the team. They are absolutely lost and are being overtaken by every team who seems to have decent operational function now. Rework how they design and manufacture parts and how they then test them just needs to change at every stage as they just seem so stagnant and clueless in these regulations. It's clear that they need new hires to steer the team to faster laptimes and maybe that does now have to start at the top. If Toto didn't have the shares he did in the team I really think he would have been let go by now.

I dont buy the experiment and guinea pig agenda for a minute. Lewis is human. He can be beaten. Rosberg, Button and Russell have done it. We just need to stop bashing him but also not release an entire docuseries on why his is slow here...no excuses for anyone. Russell must be judged by the same standard as well when lewis leaves.

Nobody is denying experiments. Lewis is leaving the team so why it's always and again Lewis that sacrifices to do experiments that costs speed of his? Lewis is doing these extreme experiments for himself, not for the team that has been said '22. Lewis should say fix you own --- car with Russell, he is not test driver here.
