I honestly didn't expect this pace from Lando. Max is on another planet but Ferrari is doing much worse than I expected.

Shame for that damage on Oscar's car. He hasn't been anywhere near Lando, but I feel like he had enough in him to get George at least and potentially Carlos with a normal car.

It's a pitty this man hasn't had a car that can give him a win on pace. He just pulls these performances on race day you never think about. Absolutely phenomenal today to not just be faster than Leclerc, but faster than Perez too.

Might have had slightly different gaps but Max's pace is astonishing. Whatever gap Lando has to Leclerc, that's what Max has over Lando right now + 3-4 more seconds on top of that.

He is just too fast.

Max was ahead of Lando by the time Lando pitted. He was already ahead.

To be honest I think this strategy Max is doing is hurting his pace - he would have been faster with a normal two stopper but with how his gaps were cut to zero due to the safety car, he had to switch to a one stopper.

Credit needs to go to the team for setting up the car to perform this well. Lando as usual being a top racer.

Max had more than a full pit stop advantage and the gap was growing quickly, Norris had not stopped until the SC.

It would have probably ended into a 40sec advantage for Max. The RB was just too good today. Perez was screwed by the SC.

I suspect that this not being a mixed track they can dial some of the issues out is all.

All in all good race. Lando and the team did an amazing job. Didn't know Oscar got damage in that incident.. considering that he did a great job too.

Lando says after the race: "I told you we will get by both of the Ferraris". There was some talk about 35/45 seconds not sure what that was about.
