Where is the Grand Prix Driver's Association?

Post

You know, with this farce in Indy, I sudenly realise one bunch of people, one relevant organization has been very quiet. it's the Grand Prix Driver's Association. It's not even funny that they as a group have nothing to say. One relevant fact is the most senior member, the one with the most impact and persuasion, Mr Michael Schumacher, is being mum. Even though his brother Ralf, was the driver injured last year, and in the determining accident of the week, Michael is being a nice little Ferrari employee and obviously doing what his masters want.
And it's a bloody shame, for of all times, this is when the drivers need to speak out with a collective voice. It's a huge safety and performance issue, and it affects every driver.
I hope that enough people ask for Michael Schumacher's removal from the Grand Prix Driver's Association, because this person is in a conflict of interest.

Well, it appears that the greater majority of drivers have decided to speak out on this issue, publicly. Sadly, two drivers did not participate, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure who it is.

Well, if either Mosley or Todt somehow "disappears" from the face of the Earth, we won't see things like this anymore.

BTW, can someone post link to list of members of World Motot Sport Council?

I think that there is about 30 of them, and I'd like to know who else sits there except Mossley, Bernie and Todt?

I heard that JV never did join the GPDA. That was way back when he was in Williams.

I don't know if he is the memeber of GPDA or not, but he signed that joint statement - check that PDF link from above...
