I more or less agree with that statement. I think Lewis made the biggest mistake amongst the three, by overshooting the corner a lot, and him not getting a penalty is ridiculous, especially since the race was over for the three other cars after that. But the fact is that the collision between Alonso and Stroll, and Stroll and Norris likely would've happened anyway, especially, since most of it had already happened before Lewis made his contribution.
As for Magnussen, it's been clear for several years that he doesn't belong on a battle for position, he's probably the dirtiest driver to race on F1 for the last decade. The fact that the FIA still hasn't been able to correct this is entirely their fault.
