Weirdly they were near to RB but around ~ 0.5 - 0.7 slower than MCL and FER

Reverse Gear working well in AM this year as well. would love to know how they found the Reverse Gear in F1 development. Nice Team work.

New parts and Aston is still not the best of finding the setup on Fridays especially when they have new stuff but people already jumping on the downgrades train. This was a chaotic day look where RedBull is and that Vcarb is at the top is also not representative, wait till tomorrow and we will see. Jumping on conclusions now makes no sense. I expect a whole different picture tomorrow from AM.

Once it was for the sprint races, now they can't even find the set-ups in free practice. Everyone else who brings updates can do it in 10 minutes, who knows why. Stop defending the impossible, the criticisms are there and you have to accept them

I hope you are right ! I wonder if these issues with setup have something to do with the simulator, it takes them a lot of time to find the correct settings. If that's the case, new simulator should be ready later this year
