But Perez give zero space. For me defnitly not 100% Magnussen.
Perez definitely didnt squeeze. Track narrowed with the barrier on the right. Perez didnt move over right at all

Judging by Charles abysmal luck in Monaco, it is not out of the question that they will not be able to repair that barrier in time. Imagine if the race does not resume and no points awarded.

Hard tyre to the end?!
If the first lap didn't count for position change, I don't see how it can count for tyre usage.
But the lap count, and red flag is always tire change.

Also well done to follow the rules on red flag restart order, no laps were completed before red flag
which rule are you referring to? The one I know says

"In all cases the order will be taken at the last point at which it was possible to determine the position of all cars. All such cars will then be permitted to resume the sprint session or the race"

When Grosjean went up in flames, they used mini sectors to determine the order. In other cases they used the normal sectors. Today none at all.
Laps need to be completed before red flag to establish an order. Otherwise back to grid order, minus cars that can't continue
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

He did not move, but he had at least 2 car-width space on the left.

They explained it on viaplay that all cars need to be through the first sector to establish an order. Not so much finishing 1 lap. But not all cars did ofcourse.

They are not on civil roads to let cars pass by.

With all the mini-sectors and timing lines, I find it impossible how a order cant be established.

It is a normal red flag. Last minisector normal. The question is, did zhou bring this back to saint devot.

Zhou wasn't through the first sector before the red flag.

It counted, they're using last sector which everyone finished and that's start line where everyone had certain tire compound which they'll change and that means they used 2 compounds.

I believe Zhou may have not crossed the timing line for sector 1 before the red flag was shown. In that case Sainz owes him a lot! On another note, i fear Piastri will go full send on Leclerc and possibly will cause a crash. He risked so much at the start with Sainz and was already trying to divebomb Leclerc at the first opportunity.

When Grosjean went up in flames, they used mini sectors to determine the order. In other cases they used the normal sectors. Today none at all.
Another situation where the FIA/stewarding is wildly inconsistent.

Funnily enough there is no reason for them to be inconsistent about the restart order since the order is established at every mini sector with the electronic timing system.

Seems clear cut to me.
