They could by-pass that with the tyre allocation. Don't offer rubber capable of covering more than 70% of the race and keep the one mandatory stop. If they manage to get through with one stop, they will be tip-toing and encourage overtakes.

That would also be a good solution, question is if perelli would be willing to make another/change compounds for tracks like this
