Lap 4-5 was a Verstappen masterclass. Norris was ahead with DRS towards T4 and went to P3
To beat him, car parity isn't enough, you need a good amount of extra pace over him. We should be thankful to watch this man drive.

No timing screen. Don’t even know what lap we’re on now either so annoying. No idea what’s happening up front now

Well, that was divebomb galore. Two drivers going at it, absolutely great. I would praise both for the fight, not the outcome. In the end both had to yield and avoid a crash, great awareness.

The rest is boredom festival...should be more like them...

You can thank egg shell tyres for that.

Yes my bad I underestimated RB to find the balance of the car in 1 free practice. In last 5 weekends they've needed all weekend

Contrary to what some commentators think which is that we have a championship fight (Max & Lando), no chance, Lando needs a car that's a minimum 2 tenths quicker to beat Max.
Anything less and Max would still win most races even with a slower car!

Perez solid 7 tenths slower than Max on average on a 1 min 10s lap and unable to keep pace with ferrari ahead. mega performance

If F1 had better tyres and not overheat that would have been better and main races better too. Not a fan of sprints

He is absolutely useless, I think half the grid would do better than him on that car.

Norris poor race craft. You NEVER leave the inside open to Verstappen. What did he expected there? He was always going to divebomb him.

Agree. Norris isn’t on his level, which many felt was the case anyway. Comfortable championship for Max this year.

What a dull race, top 10 finished where they started apart from the McLarens who swapped places.
Hope Sunday has more action
