We have to pray that somehow Charles finds something in the setup, but I fear it's more likely he's out in Q2.

Why he should be, they will go into Q3 but quite possibly they will be in mix with Mercedes like on the SQ.

Sky Italy said they opened the brake ducts on the 16 car for ventilation and are sending him out on a cold tire to try and minimize the overheating. No big changes because they don't have time to do anything without major risk. Not sure if they changed anything else like the ride height.

That was exactly my theory which I suspected yesterday after watching the footage.

Still, not a big deal if they had allowed themselves 15 more seconds to get out of the garage. Hopefully they learned a lesson from this.

Interesting about no set up changes since at Barcelona last week they did practically a full set up change during FP2.

About the tires, seems they went from not heating up tires in quali fast enough to overheating them! Quite the upgrade—maybe they need to dial it back a bit for the next one.

I imagine they did some set up changes... just not a lot? Guess we'll have to wait for them to comment on it after.

How will they fix this for the race though? This seems like a band-aid solution to a bigger problem.
