Something off with that car. On lap 1 he had a damage I switched it off . Switched on back on its lap 27 and he is still +8.4 seconds behind fooking 18th place Bottas .

Leclerc (and commentators) seems to think he has damage even though Ferrari refused to comment on the radio, and he's having the usual temperature issues... but they might as well keep him out and try for points unless the issues get so bad it becomes dangerous.

But holy --- when will this nightmare end? I'm already seeing people blaming Leclerc for qualifying "out of position" and implying that T1 incidents never happen at the top of the grid. The truth is there was just nowhere for him to go. What a disaster.

China was a case being unable to get the tyres up to temp in cold conditions. It wasn't about wear.
The car was good at not overheating the tyres before Barca.
