back on pace some you pressed the panic batton thinking they have fallen back
Combine Piastri's best sectors from various laps and he's right there with Max. Obviously FP3 wasn't proper running for any team

It's evident the car needs the extra wing here
I'm quite surprised they are going with the bigger wing. I would assume they dialed it in between of two options they tested, high downforce in FP1 and lower in FP2. Verstappen will need overspeed in the race so can't run with too much downforce.

It is the same wing, only with a trimmed DRS flap. Means with DRS the top speed won't be much lower. Also being able to follow better in the dirty air is important.

Not to mention the weather...

Strange. People were saying yesterday the lower DF wing wasnt the way to go, they swap back and its still not the right way to go.
Mess with the Bull - you get the horns.

Yeah, it is all down to Charles and Checo now. If they delay it long enough for Max to come into play, it will be a great race.

Hopefully RB found something. It was surprising to see RB20 good on the inters.

Fantastic from Max as usual here. Stunning wet weather drive again.. and Perez (for once!). Shame not to 1-2 quali but it was mighty close

The grid for Sunday is about as much as you could hope for. Starting P11 with some fast cars ahead of Norris

Can imagine Red Bull will be pretty pleased Lando starting from 4that the very least would you’d think delay the McLaren taking an early lead and be able to build a gap

Checo is helping himself massively this way. Hopefully he can deliver in the race as well.

There is no difference in DRS closed top speed between Red Bull, Mclaren, and Ferrari.

I hope so too, I put two euro on a Checo win @ 1/600. But I doubt he can win unless we have a crazy race tomorrow.

Dunno...I think it is worse. 0.6sec behind is still a number and tomorrow he has to carry this huge wing...the issue is that he will be a sitting duck towards the McLarens. Big chance for worst case if even Mercedes can overtake. Then he has to give his position to Max in the first stint...

yeah I'm reading everywhere "RB has huge rear wing ! they went full downforce !" but I cannot see much difference in top speed with others; I think many were fooled by the wing RB used in FP2 which was clearly wrong (but maybe it was a test for Monza ?), so when they reverted back this morning it was felt like a full downforce choice, but reality is that the wing from FP1 was always the correct one

tomorrow Max will race mostly with DRS open and he needs not to care too much about tyre management
