Analysis software

Post

Hello everybody, I need help in this issue cause time is running and I want to decide what meshing software & analysis package I have to use :(

I have gambit, gridgen & ICEM for meshing, Fluent & CFX as a solvers but I don't know which of these I have to use.

Pleas Tell me which one is easy to learn and use (I think gambit is a little bit easier)

*The points I want you to get explaination for are:

1- Which Meshing software is powerful than the other? (especially when importing geometry from other cad pack.).

2- Which Solver is powerful and faster?

Notes:

I'm Using SW 2005 & UG NX 3.0 for 3d modeling

3.0 GHz HT processor, 1 GB RAM & MSI FX 5700

Thanks :) :)
