Emailing a GP2 team might not be as helpful as emailing the manufacturer of the car. With the car being spec, I don't see a reason for the teams to have CAD drawings, let alone a reason for a drawing shop at all.

Dallara makes the car and their GP2 contact on their site is listed as David Beck.
