This forum contains threads to discuss teams themselves. Anything not technical about the cars, including restructuring, performances etc belongs here.
good P2 but very depressing race, I really hope it was only a one off because with that pace Norris can win most of the remaining races while Max fights for getting to the podium, and at this rate WDC will become difficult
McLaren brought upgrades while RB is still experimenting with old stuff, I hope this means there is room for improvement
Feels Red Bull have plenty or work to do on developent for the rest of the season. First time I have felt the drivers championship is under a little risk. I do think a lot has to go right to make it happen but if Lando wins and McLaren takes some 1-2 with Lando winning etc. Max taking 3rd of 4th with Merc or Ferarri pinching a few podiums Could be interesting.
Verstappen is racing with a launch spec floor. What do you expect?
Alot of people have missed that crucial bit of of info. Nevertheless Max completely maximized the package here. I still feel he has one hand on it. Mclaren can't maximise both drivers, its been a consistent problem. Merc went missing and Ferrari is still a level below the Redbull package.
“And that’s part of the game, is being able to be adaptive, and we’ve got this new car – I don’t know how it’s going to handle, hopefully she’s great.”
but what was the point of having Max running an old floor while Perez has the latest ? doesn't seem to have payed off, maybe it was even slower seeing how Perez performed....did they use this race to experiment and find a new development path ?

The old floor is a reference point for new developments.
