I'm still hoping they keep KERS on for next season. The plan was supposed to go that next season the KERS will be even stronger and longer lasting. Something like 120hp instead of the current 80. I think it's starting to show its worth in certain situations and also adds a spice to things.
But it probably won't make an appearance for awhile in F1 again after this season. It would create abit too much of a difference afterwards, and just be a sort of pseudo tiered system I guess..
Still, F1 needs to do something to propel it back into the foray of developing technology for the auto industry. Right now it's all just quite pointless from a technical aspect with all the rules trying to stamp out progress in the name of costs.
They should allow turbo's again and other devices that save fuel, especially now that they've banned refuelling during the race
