Well, the obvious choice would be Bearman. Might as well give him a practice weekend before 2025. The best "jump into a seat and score some points" driver is already driving for Haas.
It is clear that the slate is wiped clean, but I think there is a case for just suspending them and taken into account if the driver has not "learned a lesson" or they can go bowling for the rest of the year and no punishment.
Edit, but the rules are the rules and can not be changed mid season (usually)
