It would be foolish to expect a billionaire to be bullied by a nobody like Jos. I am sure they would be shopping around with the likes of Charles, Lando and George, while negotiating with Max.

The Marko problem would be an easy fix. Marko will go wherever Verstappen wants him to go after Verstappen's pledge of allegiance earlier this year. The Horner problem also solves itself. Verstappen wouldn't have to work with Horner anymore.

Getting Magnussen to leave mid season will be nearly impossible for HAAS, his contract is almost certainly stronger than what Sargeant had, and buying him out isn't an option for HAAS.
