Short run to T1, but if Lando gets wheelspin it will be really bad because you get under pressure from behind as well with a compromised t1-t2-t3.

He needs to get a good start from P1 for once and hold onto that lead for the whole lap. Surely at some point it's a matter of probability as well. What are the odds he f***s it up 6 times in a row.

He did get a good start in Monza to be fair.

He's got to do it for the first lap and break his lap 1 curse lol

4 tenth in last sector, must be a mistake.

Brushed the wall as per teamstream. lucky that he didn't ruin lando's lap. Need him to come through tomorrow. Counting on Lewis to jump Max. Grip is low on the outside

After seeing the replay Oscar messed up big T16-T17 with big big drift. loosing huge there.
Anyway, happy for Lando, Ferrari is huge shock with this Q.

Good job Lando, looked fast from the first lap on FP1, but I was expecting more from Oscar, it would be super difficult to pass tomorrow as position is key on this track, however I'm hoping for a clean start tomorrow from both, hopefully Lando can stay head and then Oscar can try to reach the podium.

He has to, but he also has to be careful. I dont think Oscar would do the sane as Monza and that's why I'd rather he was next to him.

Oscar….. he seems more comfortable in the lower spec cars compared to Lando when in the higher DF spec.

Hoping that considering the Mclaren looks after its rears better than most, Oscar can work his way onto the podium

He was fine at Monaco. I think the track is just unique and he struggles here

He wasn't consistent today. Track was slippy, but he had a poor Q3.

At least it lets off a bit pressure on Lando in inter team battle. Less of "Piastri world champion" narrative.

Norris is still a bit quicker on most races. Piastri is still super impressive and will surely improve.

lando did a very mature qualifying. He will be fine off the line here, everything is in his favour. With the second Red Bull out of it, both ferrari so low, there might be some scope for Oscar to help from P5, maybe even if it means helping Mercedes jump Max. It be interesting to see if they go that far

Other teams fluctuate a lot. Yesterday Red Bull was no where, Ferrari was fast. Now the opposite. In Baku Mercedes was slow, now they are P3 and P4.

This is good news for the team as it means they understand the car and setup. It has a huge window compared to others.

Sadly it looks unlikely that Lando can challenge for WDC but WCC looks to be winnable.

It's been one of the fastest since race 4 even though the first upgrade was race 7. But since Miami it has been the outright fastest at many GPs.

WDC needs one DNF from Max to spice it up.

Lewis vs Max might help. Lewis knows Max will not risk a crash. And if Piastri can get a jump then who knows.
