It's interesting how always the guys that come here and claim everyone agrees with the ruling have their most active topic a Red Bull one. I wonder why?
It's not a claim, it literally was 98% of everyone .. even Kravitz. And the consequence comes through ruling, so let's not word-salad ..

But what I said is not pissing about the ruling, and they absolutely should have the right to appeal .. except it brings the wrong energy to the team, even if they might have a point. For instance, I always found the power of Stella his silence, and silently deliver way more than even expected.
It's way more powerful than to blend in with Horner and Toto.
And why I say that is that I genuinely hope McL can have a serious dab at de WDC. Engineering over TP drama queens ..
They deserve a title, if only for stamina reasons !
What is missed by almost every single pundit and journalist is the bit that says “The car being overtaken must be capable of making the corner while remaining within the limits of the track.” The use of the word “must” is very deliberate and leaves no room for interpretation.

By this logic Max should have received a penalty no question asked. Ergo Lando was forced off track and had no choice (even backing out would probably have caused an accident) and should not receive a penalty. He was so far alongside thinking the overtake was done which, and let’s be honest, if Max drove in a way that allowed him to stay on track it would have been done that he would have been ahead anyway.

https://www.fia.com/sites/default/files ... elines.pdf
I don't think that was missed. The stewards have explained that Max would have indeed got a 5s penalty and Lando a 10s penalty, they simply did the math and dished out 5s to Lando.

What’s he saying?
His long run at the end of FP1 was terrible
He was asked if want a new go on soft tire or to switch to continous laps. He said "I don't know to be honest. It still feels terrible!"
Oh right, yea heard that.
Looks like they need some set up changes again, he certainly didn’t look quick in that particular session

Nothing at the moment. I was wondering if anyone had news from Twitter or another source.

The appeal will be thrown out as no new information. Don't even pay attention to it. It's just a political move to push on some pressure.

The car seems to handle nicely here.

Yes, also Oscar said on the radio that he is happier with the car and the setup vs FP1. Curious about Lando's feedback on the new floor.

This is a useless session. They are not allowed to make any setup changes during the session because Pirelli needs the data between stints to be comparable.

Also my mind. Maybe those 30 minutes for Lando to make sense, due to the fact that he was not taking part in FP1.
Verstappen engine is giving up.

Probably useless to share, because I don't even know if tire compounds are comparable.
Still, they are super slow on the straights at the moment. This is with Leclerc, deficit is even bigger to Carlos. Are they running completely different downforce levels or is this all engine mode?

The % on throttle shows that we were clearly not pushing earlier today.

That said, your chart looks like the normal top.speed gap to Ferrari.

Main straight was almost 10kmh difference to Carlos and about half of that to Leclerc. Still, they're losing under acceleration everywhere. Ferrari should be faster, but not 10kmh faster.
