I wouldn't be worried about WCC if Piastri was able to be close to Norris in pace. But he is inconsistent.

I hope so. Sainz is not one to let him through easily. He is also leaving Ferrari so less of a reason to prioritize WCC.

Max is a fantastic talent and obviously his car is still good. However he tends to bully people and that damages his image of a driver that is in the calibre of gods like Senna Hamilton, Alonso or Schumacher. I believe he could be on that level if he starts battling clean.

I’m not going to lie, I didn’t want it to feel like Mclaren would have to hang on to the WCC lead with the run in till the end of the season but this has all the hallmarks of the Mclaren/ Ferrari battle for P3 in the 2021 WCC. Come the end of the season Ferrari annihilated McLaren on pace and points

They have been struggling on cold temps all season, their car's biggest weakness is warming up tires quickly. It's why they haven't been amazing on quali all season. Cooler temps should hurt them.
