If they didn't dish out a "double" penalty it should be another +10s for Verstappen.

Norris got +10s for overtaking off track but they reduced it by 5 because Verstappen pushed him off.

Norris won't be able to catch the Ferraris now after that unless something changes on the hards but by then he might be too far back.

20 second penalty it is but still not enough for me.
