We are witnessing the best driver of all time. All the haters and jealous people should try to enjoy this, instead of being blinded by hatred.
I've had no doubts about that since 2019. believe it or not.

Not a Max fan myself but 2 races in a row where he comes back so strong and even wins the race is incredible not many drivers can do such a feat

Indeed.
For the record I wasn’t gloating, it was a bad result after quali for Red Bull and I was sympathetic for any pain.
I did say in the McLaren thread to reign in celebrations after quali because I expected a poor result from McLaren in the race
Just a fan's point of view

most of us on these forum are max ,honda ,redbull fan so i dont understand why anyone would hate it's just stupid to suggest .max at onepoint was stuck behind ocon yuki and charles and not making much progress so a little bit of context is important rather being just a blind fan.gasly didnt overtake anyone yet he is their at the top because of good strategy and fia never letting team ran on extreme wets even though they invested money on that tire.

Great drive from Max, luck favours the bold. Massive win. At this point, it feels like he could sit out the next races and still seal the title

And they call it a stall. A STALL!

a driver wins by 20 seconds, from P17, in 3rd best car and some talk about luck...gosh...this race must have hurt many.

Back in the day, he made F1 worth watching again. And now he is frankly the only reason why F1 is still worth watching. He was the only one who was overtaking cars today, without the aid of drs. and gosh, how great f1 can be without the drs. Historical race. Finally a proper wet one from start to finish. this is better than Brazil 2012.

Pretty much :).
He shows them how to dominate in the best car, and how to win at every chance he gets!

Two titles in not best cars is something only Michael had if I am not mistaken.
For all the media drama about his driving and stories, what a drive! Truly a GEM of a driver.

Prodigious drive today by Max, it was in these harsh conditions that he shined the most and eclipsed the others like the sun.

Red flag or not, he was by far the fastest driver today, and the one willing to take risks without committing any mistake. it was a 10/10 race and drive for him and the clearest definition of "driver of the day" we could have.

62 points lead after this race with 3 races to go. If he become world championship for the 4th time when his teammate end ups 8th, it will highlight even more his quality.

Norris disappointment me badly today with his post race comments. He went like George deserved to win today. One of the most silly things one could have said. Showed what a poor loser he is. and yeah, he's still one of my favorite drivers. but not one of fav persons.

This race was really for the WDC. I mean it had the potential to be <30 points for the last 3 races which would have been really uncomfortable. And then he ended up with a >60 points win. It is a huge swing and extremely stressful to watch, but what a drive.

Max was just perfect in every moment of the race. He did an awesome first lap, was patient behind Leclerc, even knew when to back down behind Ocon, was blistering fast when in free air, did lot of long dive overtakes and did not make a single mistake under these difficult circumstances.

From now he just need to score ~22 points during 3 races and 1 sprints. That seems doable, even with a DNF.

I think the antics will also come down after this race with a comfortable gap. Max will not mess around with Norris after this. Norris and the rest of the grid just aren't ready for Verstappen in similar cars. It'll always be a landslide win.

With a 62 point gap (still sub judice due to Mercedes pressures), Max can win the title in Vegas if he doesn't lose more than 2 points from Lando.
