What is the current situation in the world? In the past many countries used the Sky UK feed, like some years ago in Croatia I was seeing a race on Croatian pay TV which was in the end Sky UK.
I also think ESPN in the US and Amerikas sends the Sky UK signal if I remember it correctly. Or is this the F1TV feed?

What it the situation in the UK, is Sky and Channel 4 transmitting all races or is Channel 4 doing only some races?

F1TV feed uses their own people, but if you switch to the International feed it's usually Sky UK.

GP mentioned on the radio several times Max had to keep it on track.

Max was not taking ANY risks as he knew it could cost him the championship. Hence the slow laps in this stage where the track was full with standing water and rivers running across.

Even in s1 in the lap after he was slower, although much less slower than the lap where he was 5s behind.

he must have lost ground the laps before as well, though, as him and Ocon were initially part of the same 4-car group.

Maybe you are mistaking it with the 2nd SC, after the red flag? At that point, VER was quicker than OCO.

ESPN in the US uses the Sky UK broadcast . . . unfortunately.

Complain to your providers that you want a dedicated commentary team. All they are doing is cheaping out and not using their own and just rebroadcasting the Sky coverage.

F1TV feed uses their own people, but if you switch to the International feed it's usually Sky UK.

F1 provides the video feed for all the races, Sky and F1TV provide their own commentary to that video. I usually prefer the F1TV commentary with Palmer and Couthard for color, but switched to the Sky commentary for the last few races as F1TV had the 'B' team in the booth with just Jacques and Hinchcliff. Will Buxton is worse than Crofty IMHO; we've had races where the pits were covered by Sam Collins who did a great job. Laura Winter's high pitched monotonic whine does get on my nerves.....

It was shown on the normal feed, he was wide in T12, did you really miss that? That of course cost him also in S1 of the following lap.
He did not loose any further time. He lost 3.3sec to Ocon because he was behind Tsunoda. When Tsunoda went into the pits the gap was 3.3sec, at the end of S1 it was at ~4sec. From this he recovered down to 3.4sec in this lap, so in S2 and S3 he was faster, overall maybe 0.1sec slower but this had some Tsunoda effect as he needed to accelerate behind Tsunoda out of T12. In the following lap he had the error in T12, which put him to 8sec, this gap stayed roughly till the SC came out as in the lap before the gap was going up and down a bit by about a second depending on the location on the track.

Yep...but then...the Sky UK team is well paid if they are transmitted around the globe. Why should they leave?
They also got a bit cheaper by throwing out Jonny Herbert for his RedBull hate.

He did not run wide at t12 in the lap where he was 4.2s slower (the 1.45 vs Ocon's 1.40). He ran wide in turn 9. In s1 and s2 that lap he already lost a total of 3s out of the 5, and another 1.2s in s3. He was just very careful. He even lifted on the straight. He didn't want to spin like in 2016.

Just rewatch it on f1tv and you will see.
