They could soon get another rear wing to vegas overnight. Max literally has a private jet
.
Nice idea but not a good idea.

Max flew from Monaco to Las Vegas in 15 hours. From Las Vegas to Milton Keynes and back to Las Vegas would be =/- 33 hours
+ the time through customs and back to the circuit.
So leaving Las Vegas Thursday evening after FP2 at 23:00h local time >>> 34h later the wings would arrived at the circuit
at 09:00h on Saturday morning. A little late for FP3 and qualification.

Is the fact that they don’t have an actual Monza-spec low downforce rear wing because of Perez’s crashes and the cost cap?

These things won't help.

They have to take a dremel to the rear wing because they can't afford a low downforce wing apparently... And the second driver is making less points than people in the slowest cars lately.

^ budget cuts

No change to rear wing or engine cover for FP3. Shoulder cannons was a dud.

Do you think that the new TD might have affected Red Bull? It looks terrible right now.
Or this track is just an outlier.

I hope they have another wing like the big one because that cutting doesn’t seem to have worked and they may need to revert

I don't see this as an outlier. With the exception of Brazil, the car has been slow and undriveable everywhere.

It is strange that all drivers gradually improve 4-5 seconds 3-4 laps into their stint. Some driver even start 10+ second off the pace.
Except the ed Bull drivers, who started their stint like 1s off the pace. Not sure if that contributes to their problems and tyre wear.

Perez seem to be on pace with Max which is an outlier by itself.
It looks worse than previous races, they destroyed their mediums in like 5 laps, while others are improving on softs at 5+ laps. But let's wait until qualy.
