Sorry folks my bad (I think).

I definitely remember reading somewhere that the FIA had decided to outlaw it for next season.

However, looking at the 2010 regs, the relevant sections are identical to 2009. I cannot remember the website I seen it at either, it was a good few months ago, about the time of the ruling IIRC.

They were going to have a rethink about the DDD but they haven't come to a decision yet.

It appears that Bernie has cast some doubt over USF1 to show up with a car 2010. In the mean time they seem to close in on a deal with Jacques Villeneuve for a seat. Both may be bad signs for their competitiveness in 2010.

Wrong thread for this of course, sorry Ciro, but JV has always displayed poor judgement in his choice of employers, starting with BAR and ending with BMW.

The latter is a bit unfair though, he thought he did a good enough job by thrashing Heidfeld, when he didn't realize how Bavarians think, if they do at all.
