It seems Max will be staying in the F1 for a very long time otherwise he wouldn't have bought a new bigger plane for longer distances.
This is his new 2 yo jet in the same colors but another registration number.

Max buys second hand planes  He has enough money for a new one :P
It is very common to buy these planes second hand. Like this the delivery time is much shorter and they are technically sorted. I bet he has a custom interior, so anyways anything relevant is new.

.
The plane has not many flighthours, it was a demonstrator and belonged to Dassault Falcon themselves.
.
In 2025 Max had his new private jet delivered: A 2023 Dassault Falcon 8X, with registration PH-UTL (Unleash The Lion).
The aircraft started its life in 2023 as a demonstrator, with registration N8X. In 2024 it was transferred to a trust named TVPX Aircraft Solutions Inc with registration N498FJ.
And recently (2025) the registration was changed to PH- UTL. UTL refers to Unleash The Lion, which is also the name of Verstappen’s new superyacht. The business jet is legally registered to an entity named Mavic Aviation. [Max is the only shareholder]

Yes, completely normal way. Without that info my bet would have been on something like this trust from the beginning. Where it serves on some wet lease, they use new planes and exchange them on a regular basis.
Might be an interesting jet if it was a demonstrator.

I hope it comes with an extra central engine cover panel! From the site 'Aircraft Cost Calculator':
Dassault Falcon 8X Price

Depending on numerous factors, the average price for a pre-owned dassault Falcon 8X is $46,000,000. A $23,000,000 loan over 120 months including $95,833 per month in interest equates to a $1,153,305 per - period payment. Based on 450 annual owner - operated hours and $6 - per - GAL fuel cost, the dassault Falcon 8X has total variable costs of $2,912,148, total fixed costs of $1,199,797, and an annual budget of $4,111,945 .This breaks down to $9,138 per hour.

Red Bull was hoping a car for less talented drivers also, but it would affect the performance. A blessing in disguise, they have the best driver for tricky and fast car but it won't be looking good for Lawson.

Wache doesn't want to compromise on performance, but if you don't have the right range of performance windows for different tracks it can become a problem. It's partly cost them the construtors championship last season.

If McLaren and Ferrari pick up where they left off, and the RB21 has very narrow range of performance as the RB20? Max likely won't be building up a points advantage as he did last season. You can't expect Max to do everything to compensate for poor car design. This will be the first season without Newey so it'll be interesting to see how RB perform.

Newey design will still be baked in on the rb20 ,they wont throw away lastyear car they will tweak it for 2025.redbull biggest test is next year clean paper and no newey for the first time in many years.

Correct me if i am wrong but i thought the 2026 regulations is still all about ground-effect cars -- so the same cars carry forward -- no blank sheet required -- but with most of the changes coming by way of engines, fuel, and wings?

AFAIK it will be kind of GE. Venturis still there but most of the floor will be flat resulting in less ride height sensitivity and reappearing rake I think as well.

I'd consider that a clean sheet of paper with active aero different tyre and car dimensions as well.

Agree, it's quite different direction in aero

Visible currently, as above with much less venturi and predominantly to the rear. Additionally, front wing "fenced" to force an inwash flow between front wheels, the "barge board" currently seen on approach to floor entry is moved outward toward wheel wake and containing that flow inside chassis floorplan. All to stop significant outward/lateral dispersion flow in whole car concept.

It's very different to existing pattern of development and characteristics.

Hope they don't make their way to the rear wing like Bybit, but they probably did. The Red Bull or Honda text is just perfection.

Lindblad set for busy year: Possibly active in six Grand Prix weekends
.
In any case, Red Bull is setting up an extensive test programme for Lindblad in F1 cars older than two years.

Max Verstappen, Liam Lawson and Yuki Tsunoda will each have to give up their seat twice [in FP], theoretically making Lindblad able to step in six times. In that case, Lindblad will get several chances - possibly alternating with Iwasa, whom Red Bull do not see to be a regular Grand Prix driver. Isack Hadjar starts as a rookie at Racing Bulls, so that team already fulfils the rookie requirement in the first two race weekends.

Of course, Lindblad's main focus in 2025 is on his first season in Formula 2. In this step-up class, the young Briton wants to prove he is ready for F1, possibly as early as 2026.
