I'm really hoping the best for this team. I think 2026 is their year to shine, and 2025 I think they take a step or two up the ranks--challenging upper mid teams consistently would be great. In 2026 they likely will have a competitive power unit from Merc, CS will be a year seasoned, and it's an entirely new aero to boot. I think Vowles is a superb team principal and with all the great changes he has made, they may well have a good shot at some 4th, and 3rd place consistently in 2026. Maybe challenge for an odd 2nd or 1st a time or two. Maybe that is too hopeful, but man I would love to see Williams back consistently challenging the sharp end eventually. Their trajectory is good now with Vowles. =D>

Does this team even have an idea yet that Sainz is going to win the WDC?
The excitement of a race winning driver must definitely be felt through the whole team.

There's no question marks about Sainz - he's like Jenson Button or Felipe Massa: does what it says on the tin.

At Abu Dhabi, Vowles said he had very exciting news coming on the sponsorship side. This is probably it.

Banco Santander is very interested in promoting its subsidiary in the USA. He is also very interested in F1. Carlos Sainz Jr is currently an "ambassador" of Santander Private Banking.

It will be a good boost for Williams and its drivers.

This is really good. Fullfilling the cost cap is only the halfway point. Getting in some good money to invest and pay top drivers will help.

Also, with a mature driver pair, they may have as much as 3-4 mln less money spent on rebuilding cars after crashes. These are cost cap dollars that can now be directly spent on developing stuff. Hell, maybe they even have their stuff in time this year...

All signs(no pun intended) headed on the right direction there.

I hadn't heard of them, not surprised, they're a software company that specialises in collaborative working software...

Haas doing well, Alpine on the rise, Williams getting serious. Who is going to keep sauber company if they get lapped by all cars?

Either they're not in stock yet, or there are a lot of larger Williams fans, already any size above L is out of stock in the team wear.... 🤣

May be old news but interesting from Claire how she stole Martini from under the nose of Ferrari all those years ago

They are well known in the IT world. Their flagship products JIRA , Confluence and Opsgenie are considered the gold standard. I use them everyday.
