Sorry, this is a bit random and off topic. Can anyone in the UK or US tell me how much a yearly F1TV subscription is? Also, any reports if the group car livery launch+pre season testing will be shown this year?
$85/annual in the US. Live races(Sky and international feeds, car cameras, live timing), replays, tech talks, press conferences, etc. included.

F1 TV is not available in the uk
F1 TV is available in the UK for £19.99.
However you can’t watch the sessions/ races live or re-watch them till January 1st the follow year.
For example on the 1st January 2025 the entire 2024 season went on the ‘archive’ which is available to watch…. As well as all the seasons all the way back to about 1995 I think….

I personally think £19.99 is worth the money even thought I have sold my soul to Sky to watch the races live too
I did not know that… But watching reruns is not my thing TBH, knowing the result takes all the fun away 🤣

Is that £20 a year?

Livery launch will be streamed on youtube for free and I see preseason testing already scheduled in F1TV and should be broadcasted by SkyF1 as well.
Thanks for the info.. much appreciated.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

Yea I get that, I tend to put a re-run on for some back ground noise when I don’t want to particularly concentrate on watching something.

Yea £20 a year, just looked there is actually 3 more subscriptions which are £60 to choose from- I’ll have to research into what they offer, my understanding is that SKY has the rights to the live races for the season so I have no idea what extra content you could get for that £40 in the UK…..

Research complete , you can only purchase the £20 a year subscription in the UK because SKY have the broadcasting rights like I thought.

That’s honestly not that bad.
F1TV is 30€ a year where I am, but I am not sure if you really get that much more from your money than you get with sky. I think you can view onboards in sky too right?

F1TV has a really weird policy with the whole geo-lock thing though. Also it feels like they barely promote it even though it’s a good service.

Actually I think F1TV is no longer available in Austria where I am currently living, but I had an active subscription and they are allowing me to keep using it.

With regard all the Sky Sport blocking of content, can it be circumvented by using a VPN to access F1TV???

I wish I could get everything via F1TV, I pay $35 AUD a month for Kayo Sports.

On McLarens Instagram it’s just flashed up MCL39 so we could see ‘a car’ of some sort

I am assuming this is a testing camo livery + suits combo. There are no sponsors and the suit is pretty much entirely black.
