looking at other cars, ferrari seem to have most visible changes compared to last year... i really hope this does not destabilize and confuse them like Spain upgrade fingers crossed!!
A minor evolution of the car was never going to be enough. Mclaren have a competent and confident design team and weren't gonna let their foot off the gas for 2025, so Ferrari has no choice but to take some chances and try and make a bigger leap through larger fundamental changes.

I mean, yea, obviously we will hope the changes dont mess them up, but if 'changes' can mess them up like that, they aren't a championship-caliber team to begin with. I'd be far more disappointed if they weren't making aggressive moves to try and win, given how good the car was last year and how well they managed to improve things by the end of the year, barring the admittedly painful Barcelona 'upgrade' setback.

He is really bad at hiding his emotions   But that's part of why he's so likeable!

According to AR, the full schedule will be:

Wednesday - Hamilton AM / Leclerc PM
Thursday - Hamilton AM / Leclerc PM
Friday - Leclerc AM / Hamilton PM

So tomorrow testing starts folks! Wishing much luck to the team. Let’s hope for the best.

With the arrival of Fred the last couple of weak points have been eliminated.
The team has been operating really well on the technical side for many years now anyway and last season they’ve proven they can immediately take the right steps after a failed upgrade and get on the right path in no time.
Strategically I can’t remember any major mishap from last season.
Charles was finally given a good engineer and got along really well with Bryan. Though, thinking of it, there’s still room for improvement operationally on Charle’s side of the garage. So that’s a thing to keep an eye on.
As for the driver pairing, needless to say that it’s the strongest on the grid. I hope they will get along - I’m optimistic they will. Lewis is a bigger team player than Sainz has ever been.

I’ve got a really good feeling going into 2025. Can’t wait for tomorrow. [-o<

I don't agree, every team that Sainz has been at has improved while he has been a driver and Lewis will do exactly what Sainz did if given a chance to win or finish higher than his teammate.

Not sure I agree either tbf. One thing with Lewis I’ve always admired is his willingness to see the bigger picture at times.

Lewis is likely to be a better team player simply because he's the newbie in the team and is gonna be on best behavior. Perhaps if an actual driver's title is in reach and on the line, things will change nearer the end of the season, but otherwise I expect he's gonna be doing his best to stay in the good graces of the team. It's ultimately in his best interest when his rival is already entrenched and well loved and will be difficult to beat.

Will the team have perfected the new suspension system in first attempt? Testing will tell everything.

Anyway, I think Ferrari is in great shape. Time will tell if they went far enough to pull them ahead of McLaren.

At the very least, I'm looking forward to hearing some first impressions tomorrow.
