I can't follow the test right now.
Is it the laptimes or the car behavior that is worrying?

not sure with which wing he did the time

The new one. So far he hasn't changed back to the old, so that is encouraging.

Car looks absolutely shocking on the fast lap there. Completely disconnected, lock-ups, massive understeer & snap oversteer at multiple corners

Well the weather is way cooler than usually in F1 weekends, maybe they just can't get the tyre temperatures into optimal window. Or just experimenting with extreme setups, to find the limit of the car. That's what testing is for.
