Now we hope race pace is good. Williams have been very quick in race trim. So will be a good test for the package

Yeah big props to the operational changes made in the team. That was a definite upgrade to outright pace of the car

Still a bit twitchy. But way better than before. Could apply the throttle earlier and it stuck

I know with more time to dial it in I think they can gain even more. For Alonso to only have one session with it while lance had 3 sessions Alonso pulled it out the bag. Let’s get some points for him tomorrow at last hopefully

Looked good to me. He was right on each apex. I'd say a pretty good dog-blasted lap. Inside row three. Didn't think I'd be saying that......mate

So Alonso was 1.6 behind pole in Miami and 0.7 behind pole here.

I’ve missed that smile. He said in the sky interview hes more excited to win in Australia next year than this P5 (obviously) but still delighted to be able to score points again.
