My opinion, since Monte Carlo does not has a lot fast curves GeS was able to run the SF25 low enough to generate fair amount of aero load and not to "eat" the skid block/board.
If this is a case then it is clear that SF25 has very good potential not exploited for obvious reasons as Vanja #66 explained.
People have dunked on Vasseur because he has phrased things somewhat "aggressively", in a tone which suggested criticism towards the drivers, but the thing is, he hasn't been wrong. There is potential in this car. Those couple of sessions where they were running with no (or little) compromise have proven that. If the suspension upgrade proves successful, we could see a resurgence from Ferrari in the second half of the season.
It's just a shame the SF25 started out mechanically handicapped. This car could have won a race or 2 this season already if it was running optimally, or at the very least, be on par with Max/RedBull.
