The prevailing wind yesterday was south with an average speed of 4 km/h, but with gusts. Apparently, the weather was pre-stormy.
By the way, they should put up more flags. I was looking at the treetops because I think there's only one flag on the entire circuit. I didn't notice any noticeable wind...

ADD: Since Friday, the wind has shifted from SE to W, and tomorrow it's forecast to be N. RBRing has mountains to the north, nearby. So it shouldn't be windy. We'll see.
