Joe Sward said that Vassure is close to being out. Nobody from Ferrari has affirmed him or defended him through all of this
Replaced with who though? And also, why? Ferrari are in better shape over a race weekend and development wise than they have been since the Todt era.

Domenicali would have abandoned the season by now. He would have abandoned each of 2022 to 2024 too.

What reason are they pinning on him?

This weekend execution was perfect. They even knew the car weaknesses and acted to minimize damages.
If something needs to change, then it is between technical dept. communication and definition of performance relevance of each area in development.
This is not Vasseur expertise, so maybe put someone near him, in fact copying McLaren team structure?

I was thinking that as well. He was TP of Venturi Racing at Formula E, worked closely with Toto at Mercedes, ran their Driver Development program, has been Deputy TP at Ferrari and runs the FDA. At least he has something on the CV to make him a candidate. Not to mention, Fred picked him so that's somewhat reassuring.

I could see Charles go to red bull. Feel like at least redbull topbrass understands what it takes to Win championship..
The Red Bull empire is crumbling, with Max the last pillar. They’ve been gutted with staff leaving, and likely more to follow. If Max is leaving, that tells you everything you need to know about that destination. It’s no longer desirable. Engine likely to be uncompetitive too. Just because they won titles at some point, guarantees nothing going forward.

If he were to leave, Leclerc should be looking solely at Aston Martin, where all the foundations and framework are being assembled for the next era of success. I think Russell may pip him to it though.
The same someone can say for all the teams. They all go down after some years of success. Why for example anyone will want to go to MB? They went full downward and yet i read discussions that Max will go there.

That's purely because the MB engine is rumoured to be the best next year and the next regulations will be an engine formula. Doesn't matter if the car is a bit worse than someone else if the engine is good.

Nugnes is reporting Spa for the suspension and then a new floor even which sounds far fetched but who knows.

Spa thing has been in circulation for a while now.
A new floor???

I'm assuming this would just be a small change to their current one, no way they have an actual new floor in production right?

This is my view from a far……

New floor last weekend in Austria, then a new suspension in the next few races.
I’m no engineer but how do they know that the new Austria floor will work with the new suspension?
If the new floor and suspension don’t work in tandem together properly then maybe they have earmarked some potential recourses to revise the Austria floor?
Just a fan's point of view

He already looked bad against Russell at Mercedes, and now he's doing the same against Leclerc at Ferrari. So actually, in my opinion, a comedian is someone who draws on long-past glories to evaluate a driver in the present or to place him above another who is currently and continuously whipping the floor with him. Its the here and now that counts and what the "comparison" was in relation to, not what was 10 years ago.
Hamilton beat Russell across their time together and has won more World Championships in the last ten years than any driver other than Schumacher or Fangio has ever won. Or was this an attempt at being an "Ironic" comedian?
Are you serious? Maybe you should get your facts straight first – Russell – Hamilton 2024 Qualifying 19-5 for Russell Race – 15 to 9 for Russell... Russell 245 points, Hamilton 223. CLEARLY beaten. 2022 - Qualifying - 9 to 13 for Hamilton Race 11 - 10 for Russell, Points Russell 275, Hamilton 246. In two out of three years, Russell has beaten Hamilton. So 2-1 means Russell has beaten Hamilton, and very clearly last year. So please – it may be frustrating for a Hamilton fan, but denying the facts is a bit embarrassing and pitiful.

Are you really comparing a 7 time world champion, the statistically most successful F1 driver in history…to someone that wasn’t even close to even win one title

You must be a comedian
Sorry, but I'm going to be completely honest here – aren't people the comedians who praise a driver's past achievements and say that you can't compare him and his actual abilities to someone who consistently beats him in the present? Hamilton may have achieved what he wanted in the past, but what counts is the present and this is what was talked about. And there he is, simply slow and repeatedly beaten by his teammates (Leclerc isn't the first), looking anything but good. And past achievements don't make a driver incomparable in the present. Of course he is. And the comparison in the present paints a clear picture. He already looked bad against Russell at Mercedes, and now he's doing the same against Leclerc at Ferrari. So actually, in my opinion, a comedian is someone who draws on long-past glories to evaluate a driver in the present or to place him above another who is currently and continuously whipping the floor with him. Hamilton is doing fine, he managed to outqualify leclerc last time out and was less than a tenth away today. even when both drivers do well people find something to criticize
That's always in the eye of the beholder. The majority disagree with you, as can be clearly seen from media reports about him, and the fact that he even starts crying at the end of the race shows that he himself probably doesn't agree with you either. 9-3 behind in qualifying, 10-1 in the race – it's a fact that Leclerc is beating him hands down. If you want to sugarcoat it, fine. But it certainly doesn't correspond to the facts. And it's certainly not what Ferrari expected of him.

If he is as far from LEC at the end of this season as he is thus far, there could be some concerns, if he is as far back by this time next year … it’s probably time to call it.

I think he will close the gap to LEC enough to where it won’t matter all that much. I don’t think he will ever be faster by a significant margin, but being close enough consistently will be enough.

Ham's average qualifying gap to Leclerc has gone from 0.234s down to 0.161s as of the Austrian GP, he is already improving and getting closer to Leclerc, in Canada he outqualified Leclerc and was less than a tenth away in Austria

I see you've abandoned the obvious falsehood/hyperbole (at least in this post).

The only things that matter are points (Championship position) and wins (PR). Please remind us who led whom in both those categories over the relevant period? Why did you selectively exclude the data points that contradicted you?

I agree wholeheartedly and I'm interested to learn what you hope to constructively contribute to the Ferrari team thread with your aggresive, hyperbolic, inaccurate comments and personal attacks?
2007 - Beats 2005 & 2006 WDC Alonso. 1-0
2008-09 - Beats Kovalainen. 2-0
2010-12 - Beats 2009 WDC Button. 2-1
2013-16 - Beats 2016 WDC Rosberg. 3-1
2017-21 - Beats Bottas. 5-0
2022-24 - Loses to Russell. 1-2 (but outscores him)
2025-?? - Leclerc. TBC
Just the car???

Crying, really? You're 50 years old mate, I expect this drivel from a teenager.
