P9, but P8 on the grid. A bit anti climactic in Q3, maybe the slightly hotter temperatures hurt the Aston.

P8 on the grid. Better than expected!

Alonso got oversteer in turns 16 and 17. Otherwise he would have finished ahead of Antman, which doesn't matter cause they both have penalties anyways.

P7 actually. Antonelli has a penalty too from last week.

Ah, nice, forgot about that one!

Hoping for some rain tomorrow, than Alonso can work some magic, and Lance is not bad in the wet either.

The car was most competitive when the track was slightly damp. When the sun came out, the oversteering returned.

Interesting to see if Alonso can hold this position tomorrow. Of course, I'm wishing for rain.

After Q2 being a good lap even with dirty air, I was expecting more on Q3. I don't understand Bearman going faster, honestly. Maybe something happened, or maybe the car is just not very fast and it's all about Alo putting it much much above its potential. A little disappointed after Q3, honestly.

Alonso checking the floor/under it after qualifying. Guess he ran wide then

Can't be too disappointed when only Bearman (with a 10p penalty tomorrow) was faster than Alonso other than the top 4 teams. And I think both Bearman being fast and Alonso being slower in the end was due to track temperatures changing.

Haas brought upgrades this weekend and was faster than AM in practice. Wasn't anything unexpected really.

I'd put it down to gust of wind but it could have just as likely been he took too much out of the tires in S1 and S2....

Yeah would be surprised if he didn’t have any damage after that first run in Q3

Hopefully they can repair the floor overnight if damaged, or have a third one available.
